Our Story

Our owner, Joseph Kosteck, was prompted to study real estate law during his time working as an escrow assistant. The title company he worked for flowed into real estate and estate planning, so he decided to put all that newfound knowledge and experience to good use. Joseph opened his own law firm straight out of college and has been operating this law office for more than 25 years.

We have been serving top-notch service at a fair price to the people of Frankfort, IL, since 1997. We are proud to be a part of this community and have built strong relationships with our clients by providing excellent legal services and advice.
